Analyst
Key Qualifications
Interest in public policy, politics and international business -Strong research and critical thinking skills
Self-starter who can make decisions and take action without being told -Native level Japanese reading and writing skills
Fluency in English preferred -Must currently reside in Japan.
Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate(s).
Ability to translate Japanese to English and English to Japanese
Graphic design skills a plus (creating infographics, charts, etc.)
Responsibility
Research and analyze public policy -Write, edit, and proof policy and market reports
Help ensure client satisfaction
Work with us in communicating with key stakeholders, including government officials, Diet members, academics, and media
Help preparing customized proposals to win new business
Assist in translation
Participate in marketing and sales activities, including social media management
General administrative support
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in public policy, political science, international relations, or a related field
Working or internship experience in a ministry, agency, the Diet or a Diet member's office, or embassy will be an asset
