In addition to the new information for SMEs, the Council will welcome Andrew Silberman of AMT Group.

In a 20-minute, highly-interactive portion of our meeting, Andrew will share his best practices for remote meetings. Andrew has been delivering training to improve professional impact for ACCJ members and leaders for over 25 years.  In response to our current challenges, he has recently been focused on helping clients ramp up their game when it comes to video meetings. He will share his favorite practices and observations of "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" he's witnessed in these meetings, all with the purpose of helping all of us manage them better.  Be ready to share your examples too!
