EVENT OVERVIEW:
The ACCJ, The Investment Company Institute (ICI), and the US Commercial Service Japan are pleased to invite you to an informational webinar about Japan’s new foreign investment laws, featuring Mr. Hideaki Imamura the Japan’s Ministry of Finance.
The recently implemented Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (FEFTA) significantly increases Japan’s screening of foreign direct investment. Imamura-san will explain these new rules to help global regulated fund managers better understand the changes and how they apply to their investments. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session designed to address practical questions about the new rules.
