Event Overview

For managers, our remote-work new normal has had its challenges. Productivity has dropped by up to 20%, according to news sources, and managers are finding it very hard to keep track of their teams.

How do you find out what your staff is doing every day? How often can you ask for updates? How do you do it without ticking people off?

In this workshop, MPowered Sales Managing Director Carlo La Porta will answer these questions and more with a delegation framework that allows you to get the visibility and results you want, without creating resentment. Participants will have an opportunity to practice using the framework to assign and track tasks and maintain a positive working environment.

You will come out of the workshop with practical techniques for keeping your remote staff productive, engaged, and on time, without the sort of micromanagement that gets on everyone’s nerves—especially those of younger workers. Don’t miss this chance to build your remote management skills.
