Envision is seeking an open-minded, driven talent acquisition specialist to identify and hire great talent for our top recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) clients. You will work to understand our clients' recruitment process from top to bottom and use data to draw insights and craft effective hiring strategies to fill in the missing pieces, making their hiring process smarter and more efficient--not just for today, but also for tomorrow.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with an experienced team of recruiters to identify and implement effective recruiting strategies that address clients' immediate and long-term needs
- Execute all phases of the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer signing
- Create and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates from various industries and markets using multi-channel strategies
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews to assess and identify top talent
- Communicate with both candidates and clients in a timely, professional, and genuine manner
- Identify and communicate improvement opportunities and strategies to client stakeholders
