Our clients are top-class pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare companies. We help them to develop and implement strategies that add value to doctors, patients, and other healthcare stakeholders.

You will first participate mostly in business development activities, identifying and contacting key decision makers in the industry. As you progress, you will assist and eventually lead projects touching a wide range of functions, including marketing, sales, medical, corporate planning, and government affairs.

This position will focus on driving new business with overseas projects and senior expat project sponsors, so fluent English is key. But many of our stakeholders prefer to work in Japanese, so intermediate ability in that language - and a commitment to continued improvement toward achieving business fluency - is also a must.

We welcome candidates who can demonstrate:

• A minimum of 3-5 years business experience in either a healthcare, pharma, or medical device company, or in a separate industry in marketing, consulting, and/or training

• Ability to leverage digital tools and platforms (for networking, content creation, etc.)

• Excellent business writing and communication skills

• A proactive, positive and flexible personality

• A desire to learn & improve
