Proctor & Gamble vs. COVID-19

Proctor & Gamble Japan donated 100L of Industrial-use ethanol at the end of April to Kobe city and Hyogo prefecture to be used at medical institutions for disinfection.

In addition, P&G has donated a total of 1 million pieces of surgical masks to Kobe city, Hyogo prefecture and Tokyo Metropolitan Government. Those were delivered in the week of May 18. Those masks were provided to the designated medical institutions for infectious diseases to support their battle against COVID-19.

P&G will begin producing face masks at its Shiga plant, SK-II manufacturing plant,  starting from June. Those masks are mainly for employee use and to be donated to municipalities amid the mask shortage.

P&G Japan will continue to look for opportunities to contribute to the community.
