Event Overview

With its mission of “unleashing the potential of every team”, NASDAQ-listed Atlassian has always been at the forefront of the future of work. The leading provider of team collaboration and productivity software recently published global research from a four-month long study on how remote work has impacted workers in Japan, the US, Germany, France, and Australia during the pandemic. The report titled, ‘Reworking Work: Understanding The Rise of Work Anywhere’ showed a marked difference between Japan and other regions surveyed, highlighting opportunities for improvement in terms of satisfaction with company leadership, work-life balance, and the effectiveness of team collaboration.

In his role as Atlassian’s Work Futurist, Dominic Price, speaks to media and organizations around the world, including Japan, on what the future of work will look like. Dom will discuss the trends in remote work, insights from the global research and focus on how work styles around the world are diversifying to include a recent focus on hybrid work.

In addition, Stuart Harrington, President of Atlassian K.K. will discuss the opportunities and challenges facing Japanese companies and their progress with digital transformation, in light of the pandemic.

When COVID-19 emerged into our lives, it rapidly changed how we were able to live and work. It seems that the future of work is already here. Is Japan ready?

Please join us in what promises to be a very interesting discussion.
