Event Overview
Grab a cup of coffee and join us for a conversation with Kathy Matsui, the pioneer of “Womenomics”, to discuss her new book How to Nurture Female Employees.
If you are a leader struggling to develop female talent in your company, this is your book. It contains everything you need to pragmatically pivot your leadership style to attract and retain your female employees. She will share tips she’s learned during the course of her 30-year career for both managers and female employees themselves. Kathy will answer anything you may want to know about developing and retaining female talent. Bring your questions and ideas to share as we hope this interactive session will help participants to further the development and retention of female talent. This Coffee & Conversation will be moderated by Japanese newscaster and announcer Yuka Sato.
