We are pleased to welcome Mr. Tesuro Isobe from the Immigration Services Agency to discuss the Government of Japan's policy on border control to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus and the current status of re-entry by foreign nationals. 

ACCJ Chairman Christopher LaFleur will discuss the ACCJ's advocacy and statement regarding Japan's immigration policy as to the entry of foreign nationals residing in Japan during the COVID-19 crisis.

Please note that Mr. Isobe's presentation will be in Japanese, with consecutive interpretation in English.
