INVEST IN YOURSELF BY LEARNING A CHALLENGING NEW SKILL AND BUILD BETTER CONNECTIONS

  • 2 hour TRAINING SESSION OVER LUNCH

  • 4 committed cohorts in a safety circle

  • 4 sessions in a row, DIVING DEEPER INTO THE SAME TOPIC, FOR LONG-TERM LEARNING

  • 3 WORKSTREAMS: WOMEN’S ONLY, MEN’S ONLY; OPEN

A series of two-hour progressive learning events held over four sessions, 2x4x4 is an entirely new way to explore the issues and opportunities facing women in business and learn how to foster greater diversity and inclusion and advance your career.

One-day seminars feel great in the moment, but it’s hard to tackle complex issues in such limited time. The 2x4x4 approach is based in neuroscience and the latest insights into how adults process ideas and learn. By working for two hours with the same four people in a supportive and engaging “safety circle” over four sessions, 2x4x4 enables you to build deeper connections and make real progress toward advancing your career and becoming a champion for women in business in your organization.
