HOW TO UPDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION AND SET PRIVACY PREFERENCES

The ACCJ Membership Directory is an important resource for discovery and connection among members. This year, the ACCJ Membership Directory has gone digital - allowing you to access our international business community anywhere, anytime.

Take a few minutes to ensure your personal and company information is up to date. The company data you provide will also be used to update our new public-facing ACCJ Member Business & Services Directory.

Please note that the ACCJ Members Portal is a secure environment ensuring the privacy and protection of your data. The ACCJ Privacy Policy is available in the Documents tab of the Member Portal.

ACCESS THE MEMBER DATABASE

  • Login to your ACCJ account.

  • Select the Membership tab and then click on My Data

REVIEW & EDIT YOUR DATA

  • Select the Edit icon.

  • Review & update your information.

  • The information you provide will be used for internal purposes only. You can set your Privacy Preferences to determine what information is displayed to other ACCJ members in the Membership Directory -see below for details.

SET YOUR DIRECTORY PREFERENCES

Allowing other members to access your contact information is an important benefit of ACCJ membership. You can select which information you choose to share with other members using the following settings:

  • Directory Options

    • Choose which information you would like to display in the online ACCJ Membership Directory.

    • You can choose to display only your name and company affiliation (set all other Directory Options to NO) or any display any of the following:

      • Your title

      • Your email address (this is the email you specified to use for Directory listing)

      • Your mailing address

      • Your office telephone & fax

      • Contact me through ACCJ

        • This new feature (coming soon) will allow other members to contact you through a redirected email. Members will not be able to see your actual email address when this option is selected.

  • Add your photo and company logo

    • Email ACCJ to add your photo (Corporate Sustaining and Company Members only) and company logo (Corporate Sustaining Members only).

UPDATE YOUR COMPANY INFORMATION

Under the Membership tab you can also access the following options to review and update your Company information:

  • My Company

    • Within the My Company section, you can review and update your company’s contact information.

    • Please ensure to review and update the Company Description and Expanded Company Description which are essential to helping other members discover your company by searching the member database. This information is also used in the public-facing ACCJ Member Business & Services Directory. Tip: Focus on your company’s keywords and try not to duplicate information between the two fields - both will be shown in the public-facing Directory.

  • My Company Indexes

    • Review and select the Company Indexes that match the industry sectors in which you operate. This information will be used in the ACCJ Membership Directory and the public-facing ACCJ Member Business & Services Directory.

  • My Company Members

    • This new feature allows you to see which of your colleagues are also ACCJ members.
