Guidelines on Leadership:

In principle, Forums are led by a single Chair, with no Vice Chair roles.
*A Vice Chair appointment may be considered upon request to the Committee Excellence Advisory Council and approved by the President.

Leadership roles in both Forums and Committees have a term limit of six years.

Parameters for Hosting Events and Publishing Advocacy Materials:

Standalone Forums (without Committees) may independently host events and publish advocacy materials. The Chair of a Standalone Forum is responsible for fulfilling the responsibilities assigned to a Committee Chair.
Forums with Committees should primarily focus on overseeing and aligning activities, allowing the Committees to lead in hosting events and publishing advocacy materials.
*If a Forum with Committees wishes to undertake these activities independently, approval from the Committee Excellence Advisory Council is required.
In all cases where a Forum hosts events or publishes advocacy materials, the Forum Chair is expected to carry out the responsibilities assigned to a Committee Chair.
