Internship Description: We’re looking for bright, motivated interns to join our team and support a wide range of tasks related to our executive search projects and internal operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional services environment while working closely with seasoned industry experts.

As an intern, you’ll work directly with our team to support daily business operations and live executive search assignments.

Tasks may include:

• Conducting market and candidate research

• Creating and updating client and candidate reports and databases

• Drafting documents such as proposals, invoices, and presentations

• Supporting translations and proofreading (EN/JP)

• Joining internal meetings and (when relevant) participating in client-facing discussions

Working Location: Remote

Pay & Reimbursements: Hourly rate will be provided

Internship Length: 4-12 weeks

Working Hours Per Week: 15-20 hours a week

Parameters on Eligibility: 

• Fluency in English and Japanese
