The ACCJ joined the European Business Council in Japan, German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan, Temple University, Japan Campus, and a master's student dealing with remote study to press for a science-based approach to border entry restrictions in Japan.
They shared their views at a press conference hosted by the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan on February 9, 2022.
