In 2017, Animal Refuge Kansai (ARK) built a second kennel block at their new facility in Sasayama, Hyogo Prefecture.

They are looking for support (financial or in-kind) to provide air-conditioning within their facility.

ARK has a very high ratio of older animals and would love to provide their senior residents with cool comfort in the hot summer.
