"Sea to Summit” UN World Oceans Day event Hosted by the Canadian Embassy

SEGO Initiative will host a “Sea to Summit” event at the Canadian Embassy on Friday June 7, 18:30, to celebrate both the UN World Oceans Day and the anniversary of SEGO’s ongoing awareness-raising and ocean literacy mission. The event will feature documentary film screenings and talk sessions with eco-heroes, who will present new perspectives on climate change and the aquatic environment.

The eco-heroes guest speakers will present their personal experiences and passion for safeguarding glaciers and oceans, while a youth panel session of three young social entrepreneurs will provide an intergenerational, educational, and immersive experience for participants.

Please join and support SEGO as they explore the importance of preserving our world’s marine ecosystems, and how each of can contribute to their protection and restoration through volunteer efforts, donations, and corporate support.
