ADRA Japan 3rd Ukraine Day

Join Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Japan on August 24th, 19:00–20:00, as they connect with Ukrainians via ZOOM and hold the 3rd annual Ukraine Day online. The event will mark exactly one and a half year since the beginning of the war, with Ukraine having entered on February 24th, 2022.

Ms. Tonya, a Ukrainian woman who is herself an evacuee, is engaged in supporting those who continue to live as evacuees in Slovakia, and will speak on the current situation of many Ukrainian people who have been displaced during this year and half, along with their experiences as well as hopes for the future. There will be time for an Q&A, so please submit any questions you may want to ask.

今回のイベントでは、自らも避難者でありながら、スロバキアで避難生活を続ける方のサポートに従事しているウクライナ人女性のトーニャさんが、避難生活が1年半となるウクライナの方々の現状や、経験してきたこと、これからへの希望などをお話してくださることになりました。質疑応答の時間も設けますので、当日聞いてみたいことがある方はぜひ、ご質問をお寄せください。
