The ACCJ Achieves 30.5% Women in Leadership Roles

The ACCJ is proud to announce it has reached 30.5% female leadership, above our goal of 30% women leaders by the end of 2020. 55 women now hold in leadership roles, out of a total of 180 leadership positions at the ACCJ. The ACCJ is committed to supporting gender equality and will continue efforts to increase female and diverse representation in all leadership positions. We thank all of our Committee Leaders for their proactive efforts to advance Diversity & Inclusion across the Chamber and in the international business community in Japan.
