ACCJ Accelerates Vaccine Rollout with Small Group Vaccinations

The ACCJ is proud to contribute to the acceleration of vaccine distribution in Japan by securing vaccinations for Chamber members, as well as member company employees and their families.

To help fill the gap between what large corporations and local municipalities currently offer, the focus of this rollout was especially geared towards member companies seeking vaccinations for fewer than 50 people, including many of our SME members. The ACCJ identified this group as having a particular need for assistance, given their employment levels in Japan are too small to qualify for either the Workplace Vaccination Program or private group vaccinations (typically with a 50-shot minimum) contracted directly with a third-party supplier.

Thanks to these efforts, the joint-chamber rollout helped to secure vaccinations for close to 2,300 members across international Chambers of Commerce!

The ACCJ is committed to ensuring the health and safety of those in our community, and will continue to provide key resources to members and the international business community.
