The Andaz Tokyo Signature Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

· 30ml of Gin

· 1 Citrus Fruit (Amanatsu/Orange)

· Ice Cubes

· 120ml Tonic Water

· Wedge of Lime

Method

· Wash & peel one whole citrus fruit using a vegetable peeler or knife.

· Use the skin to infuse in one bottle of gin for 24 hours to allow complete infusion.

· Prepare one highball glass full with ice and 30ml gin

· Squeeze one wedge of lime over ice

· Add 120ml tonic water & mix with either a long spoon or chopstick.
