The report sought to answer some big questions: does feeling included matter to individual or team performance? (Hint: It does!) Are there gender differences in what helps employees feel included? (Yes!) And, what can Japanese leaders do to promote feelings of inclusion for women and men? (Forgive, empower, be humble.)
